Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

When placing your order please indicate how you would like your order shipped. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  Orders received after 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday will ship the next business day.  When requesting a FedEx or UPS Express shipment please keep in mind that they only count business days, not weekends.  Example: If a FedEx Overnight shipment is requested on a Thursday after 12:00pm CST, it will ship Friday and you will not receive it until Monday.  If you have any issues please feel free to give us a call.

Signature may be required for orders over $300 and for other circumstances per our discretion.   

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Note that some countries will charge a duty tax at the border and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Camera Source does not charge international duty and does not collect money associated with these charges.  All duties/taxes are typically collected by the shipping company prior to final delivery.  Camera Source will not discount products in an attempt to reduce tax burden for the customer.

We confirm all orders where the billing and shipping address do not match before shipping.  To avoid shipping delays please be sure to provide a valid phone number and email address.  In a situation where the addresses do not match and we cannot contact you the order will be cancelled and refunded to your method of payment.

Returns & Warranty Replacements

At Camera Source we strive to provide the best customer experience possible.  In the event that you run into a technical issue with your product we ask that you call our support team so that we can assist in either troubleshooting or issuing a replacement component if needed.  All returns and exchanges must first be issued an RMA by either calling our support staff or emailing us through our support email address found in the installation instructions.  You may also use the contact us link on this website to submit your request for a technical issue or return authorization.  NOTE- some products may require a credit card authorization before a warranty replacement can be shipped.  International customers (outside of USA and Canada) will pay for the shipping costs outside of 6 months from date of purchase.  All duties, express shipping, or other related costs are paid for by the Buyer. Installation labor or any other collateral expense is not covered under the scope of our warranty.  Products that are customized per your request (custom orders) are not eligible for returns.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Interface modules (for programming and interfacing your factory radio) are not returnable once installed due to product VIN locks.  All returns for refund must be within 30 days of purchase, brand new, never installed, and in original packaging to include the outer carton if applicable.  Open, installed, or damaged products will be subject to a restocking fee and the customer will be charged for missing or damaged items.  Return shipping is paid for by the Buyer.
