We ship through USPS, FedEx, and DHL so simply choose your desired shipment method and we will take care of the rest. NOTE: Shipping closes at 12:00 CST so any order received after that time will be shipped next business day.

Camera Source does not sell or share your information with anyone. Credit card numbers are not stored and all transactions are performed on a secure server so you can rest assured that your data is kept private. We will never share or sell any of your information to anyone and all email addresses and other order information is used for internal use only. You may receive occasional offers from us through email if you registered for our newsletter.
Returns & Warranty Replacements
At Camera Source we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. In the event that you run into a technical issue with your product we ask that you call our support team so that we can assist in either troubleshooting or issuing a replacement component if needed. All returns and exchanges must first be issued an RMA by either calling our support staff or emailing us through our support email address found in the installation instructions. You may also use the contact us link on this website to submit your request for a technical issue or return authorization. NOTE: some products may require a credit card authorization before a warranty replacement can be shipped. International customers (outside of USA and Canada) will pay for the shipping costs outside of 6 months from date of purchase. All duties, express shipping, or other related costs are paid for by the Buyer. Installation labor or any other collateral expense is not covered under the scope of our warranty.
Once a product is installed you can no longer receive full credit for a return unless specifically authorized by our staff. All returns for full refund must be within 30 days of purchase, brand new, never installed, and in original packaging to include the outer carton if applicable. Open, installed, or damaged products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for missing items. Return shipping is paid for by the Buyer.

We also accept PayPal in the form of direct checkout or take 6 months to pay with PayPal Financing! NOTE: We are not affiliated with the financing program and have no control over financing approval.
